When making this type of elements, we pay particular attention to the selection of appropriate stainless steel grades. They must combine both optimal workability and high resistance to damage, moisture and other adverse factors.
Depending on the client’s needs and expectations, we offer variants with a shiny or matt surface. It owes them to various production methods.
In the first case, it is cold rolling. This process not only smoothes the surface, but also affects the change of technical parameters of the material, strengthening its structure and even more immunizing it to destruction and corrosion. This method of production allows to obtain a shiny surface of BA or matte 2B.
Another type of coils is made by hot rolling. Thanks to the use of higher temperature to shape individual elements, their production requires much less energy. This in turn makes the hot rolled coils a more economical solution. This method makes it possible to obtain a matt surface 1D, No1, HRAP.
In order to meet the expectations of our clients, we have created a range of stainless steel coils with a few most used thicknesses. They cover the following range:
– 0.4 – 6 mm (cold rolled rolls),
– 2 – 10 mm (hot rolled variants).
Due to the fact that the scrolls offered by us have an extremely wide application, we took care to provide our clients with comprehensive solutions.
